Payments for Mathfold Pro are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record, which handles all refunds.

14-day refund

If Pro is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment or of a renewal. No questions asked.

How to request a refund

Reply to the receipt email you received from Paddle, or use the link in that email to contact Paddle directly. You can also write to [email protected] with the email address you used to pay, and we will arrange it with Paddle.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals. After cancelling, Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

After a refund

Your account returns to the free plan. Documents you already downloaded remain yours.
